At Futbolio, we know fast and reliable delivery is just as important as the gear you’ve chosen. That’s why our shipping process is designed to be clear, dependable, and efficient — so you can focus on the game, not the wait.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday) from the time your order is placed.

Once your order is confirmed and packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

After processing, shipping typically takes 5–11 business days, depending on your delivery location.

We work with trusted international couriers to ensure your football gear arrives safely and on time.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales periods, or due to courier delays beyond our control.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, EU countries, and select international regions.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at futbolio.help.uk@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.


SHIPPING RATES

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over £199.99 (available in most countries).

  • For orders under £199.99, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.


CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

At Futbolio, we believe in transparency — no surprise fees at delivery.

  • UK & EU Orders: Taxes and import duties are fully covered by us and included in your order total.

  • International Orders (outside UK & EU): Additional customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Our support team is happy to assist if you’re unsure.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates. If you haven’t received tracking details after 3 days, contact us for help.


RETURNS

We want you to love your gear. If you’re not satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return Policy.


DELIVERY ISSUES

Futbolio is not responsible for delays caused by external couriers, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t been received, please contact your local courier first. If the issue persists, email us and we’ll help resolve it as best we can.
